How do you get equipment into a rear yard with no side access?
Through the house with full protection, or over the roof by crane — we scope the route on the first visit and the quote includes it. It's routine city work, not an upcharge surprise.
How long does DBI permitting take?
Longer than suburban cities — typically a few months depending on scope and review. We prepare complete plans to minimize cycles and build the timeline into the schedule honestly.
