San Ramon Valley estates
Danville backyards come with standards — heritage oaks, view lines toward Mt. Diablo, and houses finished to a level that makes a dated pool impossible to ignore. Whether it's a new build on a Westside half-acre or a remodel of a 1990s Sycamore Valley pool, the work has to match the property.
That's a design conversation before it's a construction one: coping and tile that extend the house's material palette, decking that meets the landscape properly, lighting that flatters the oaks instead of floodlighting them. Every project starts in full 3D.
Heritage tree ordinances and town design standards are part of building here — we handle Town of Danville permitting and design around protected root zones as a matter of course. CSLB #1129581, licensed and insured.

Yes, with design discipline — Danville's tree ordinance protects root zones, and we site pools and hardscape around them. It's a constraint that usually improves the design.
Estate-level new builds here typically start around $120,000 and range to $300,000+ with spas, stonework and outdoor living. Remodels start in the mid five figures. All quotes itemized.

"Creative Edge Pools & Spas came in and did an amazing job taking off some water heaters for our roofing company. They took extra care to ensure no damage to all the components of the heating system and took precautions to tarp over pool equipment at the bottom. Furthermore they went the extra mile to ensure they didn't put up just any pvc for the installation after roof was installed. Edgar went out of his way to special order a very specific type of PVC material to ensure code compliance and a leak free system that will last for years to come! Will be using his services again! Thank you to the helpful staff over at Creative Edge Pools & Spas"
