Acreage & established estates
Granite Bay lots are generous — half-acre to five acres, often with mature oaks and a custom home that's now twenty or thirty years old. That means two kinds of work: designing new resort-scale backyards with room for pool, spa, lawn and outdoor kitchen, and renovating the original 1990s pool that came with the house.
A Granite Bay remodel is rarely just plaster. It's usually coping and tile from this decade, a dated deck resurfaced or replaced, equipment swapped for silent variable-speed gear, and lighting that finally does the property justice.
We're minutes away — based in the Sacramento region, licensed and insured (CSLB #1129581), and familiar with Placer County permitting for properties on septic and well.
Pool services in Granite Bay
Resort-scale pools designed in 3D for acreage lots — with spas, water features and the space planned around them.
The '90s pool that came with the house, rebuilt to today's standard: plaster, tile, coping, deck and equipment.
Quartz and pebble finishes for pools showing rough spots, mottling or stains that won't brush off.
Adding the spa the original builder skipped — tied into existing plumbing and finished to match.
Putting greens, fire pits, pavilions and outdoor kitchens that make an acre feel intentional.
Replacing cracked coping and repairing settled decks before water finds its way behind the shell.
With a walk-through. If the shell is sound — and it usually is — we'll scope a remodel in tiers: finishes only, finishes plus coping and tile, or a full transformation with decking and equipment. You pick the stopping point.
Yes — most of Granite Bay's larger parcels are on well and septic. It changes fill logistics and where we can route drainage, and we plan for both.
Carefully, yes. Native oak root zones affect where the pool and hardscape can go; we design around protected trees and handle any county requirements.
For a new build, start design in fall or winter — permits and construction take a few months. Remodels booked in spring are usually swimmable by mid-summer.
Serving Los Lagos, Wexford, Douglas Ranch and all of Granite Bay.
