How long does pool construction take?
A typical new pool takes 8–14 weeks from permit to swim, depending on city permitting and weather. Replasters and resurfacing usually take 1–2 weeks.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. As a licensed CSLB contractor (#1129581), we handle plans, engineering and city permits for every project we build.
Do you work in both Sacramento and the Bay Area?
Yes — we're based in the Sacramento region (Folsom, Roseville, El Dorado Hills) and actively building across the Bay Area, including San Jose, Contra Costa County and Marin.
